Main Tasks
&#8226；Coordinatesworks with other IT infrastructure departmentsexternal providers to deliver mission critical services to Zhanjiang site.
&#8226；Introducepromote new IT Innovations, performance as the digitalization enabler for Zhanjiang site.
&#8226；Support local IT Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
&#8226；Reviewvalidate network requests request management team to ensure network is designed according to standard.
&#8226；Readrespond to end user complaint emails. Work with vendor(s) to identify failure pointsresolve ticketsissues.
&#8226；Coordinate scheduling of network changes with the related team, site contactvendors. Submit changes to Change Advisory Board for consideration.
&#8226；Review vendor technical non-compliance, resolve with vendor, escalate repeated violations to Service Manager.
&#8226；Weekly review bandwidth usage reports, run additional reports as needed, make recommendations for bandwidth upgrade/downgrade reviews.
&#8226；Reviewvalidate network design during implementationfor the different phases of growth.
&#8226；Support in network cutover/upgrade activities after business hourson weekends.
&#8226；Support the relevant internal IT auditsecurity review.

Requirements
&#8226；Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,other related technical degree.
&#8226；Minimum 3 years of information technology experience require.
&#8226；Good communication skill in spokenwritten English.
&#8226；Excellent knowledgeexperience at infrastructure, network, cloud technologies. CCNACCNP is preferred.
&#8226；Good understandingsense in cyber security.
&#8226；Optional: Low Code such as Power BIPower Apps.
