岗位职责:
Main Tasks:
- Support detailed business concept phase for OMP implementationsupport implementation for EOEG/MG products
- Gain deep knowledge of Supply Chain Boundary conditions of Supply Chain in EOEG/MG
- Support in the implementation of the OMP tool for EOEG/MG
- Support implementation of planning optimization tool
- Test, validate, document,deploy changes through the system landscapepresent the requested functionalities to plannersother stakeholders in future.
- Collaborate with OMP Project Managerall other various stakeholders along the implementation timeline.
- Be a team player, support the team on other initiatives in the area of supply chain management related to planningsupply chain topics.
- In the future, ensuring the planningscheduling of production activities for specific products of its competence, collecting the demand, optimizing the use of the lines, verifying the availability of raw materials.
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technologya related discipline with clear focus on supply chain management/operations management； Master’s degree is a plus； Long-term experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in supply chain planning
- Mature knowledge of BASF processes/ IT systems/ environment in petrochemicals supply chainmarketing.
- Profound Experience in Petrochemicals supply chain is a must.
- Experience in development with focus on supply chain planning solutions is a plus.
- Expertise in PlanningSAP
- Practical knowledgepro-found experience in MS Power PointExcel
- Understanding of business management practices like CRM, Sales Force is a plus.
- Fluent EnglishKnowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- High conceptualsimulation capability
- Good Project Management skills
- Creative problem-solving & approaching dataproblems with a clear eye on what is important； employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time.
- Strong communication skills (with respect to technical & IT experts)
