岗位设置的目的
BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completionwould be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide. The new smart Verbund site will include a steam cracker with a capacity of 1 million metric tons of ethylene per yeardownstream plants for consumer-oriented products. By utilizing the latest digital technologiesapplying the highest safety standards, the site will be built into a role model for smart manufacturingsustainable production.
巴斯夫湛江一体化基地是巴斯夫迄今为止的海外投资项目，投资总额预计约100亿美元，由巴斯夫独立建设运营，建成后将成为巴斯夫在全球的第三大一体化生产基地。新一体化基地将包括一个可年产100万吨乙烯的蒸汽裂解装置以及多个面向消费市场的下游产品生产装置。通过采用尖端技术，全面落实智慧生产理念并遵循安全标准，新基地将成为智能化与可持续生产的典范。
A strong Site Logistics Operations (SLO) is important for the success of BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site. Site logistics connects the production facilities among each other, secures the raw material supplyacts as gateway to our customers. Time, costsreliability of supply require logistics processes to be organized in a future-oriented way, which includes smart logistics technologies such as automatic warehouses, automatic filling system, auto-guided vehicles (AGV), conveyor systems, robots, YARD management systems,electronic warehousing management systems (eWM) etc.
高效的现场物流运营（SLO）是巴斯夫湛江一体化基地取得成功的重要因素。现场物流是将生产装置相互连接起来，确保原材料的供应，并作为连接客户的通道。供应的时间、成本和可靠性均要求现场物流流程以面向未来的方式组织，这包括了自动化仓库、自动化包装系统、自动驾驶车辆、自动传输系统、机器人、堆场管理系统、电子仓储系统等智能化现场物流技术。
The Operation Supervisor is responsible for coordination of cross-shift operation task base on the requirement of automatic warehouseautomatic filling system to ensure daily operation running stable.
运营主管负责根据自动化仓库和自动化包装系统的日常运营要求，对日常运营作业任务进行跨班组协调作业，确保日常运营作业任务的可靠运行。

？ Focus on cross-shift daily operation task, evaluate important operation taskabnormal task.
关注跨班次的日常作业任务，评估分析重点作业任务及异常作业任务。
？ Overview of automatic equipmentdigital system (EWM/WMS, MES), specially focus on abnormal situation.
全面了解自动化设备以及数字化系统（EWM/WMS，MES）的运营情况，重点关注异常情况。
？ Looking for internal & external resource including maintenance team, digital team, EHSprocess to solve cross-shift problem which have impact to daily operation.
协调内外部资源（包括维修团队，数字化团队，安全，流程），解决跨班次的运营问题。
？ Active communicationinteraction with external interfaces like forwardersinternal interfaces like LSP, plannersother operators.
积极与内、外部接口（如承运商、计划员和操作员）的沟通和互动。
？ Responsible for preparing operation related WItraining to operation shift team.
负责编写制定运营相关的作业手册，并对运营班组团队进行培训。
？ Actively participate in the Continues Improvement Process (CIP), Change ManagementInnovation.
积极参与持续改善项目，变革管理和创新。
？ Coordinationalignment with operation support services (Asset mgmt., EHS/TDS, Maintenance & CIP etc.), improve the level of support services related to automatic warehouseautomatic filling operation.
协同资产管理、EHS/TDS、维修及持续改善等团队，提升自动化仓库和自动化包装线操作相关的支持服务水平。
？ Support operation manager for the people management topic, including mobilize people according to worker’s leave application, KPI management, manage the relationship for the team, team member training, further the competency of collaboration.
协助运营经理进行班组人员管理，包括排班管理、绩效管理、员工关系、员工培训等，以提升团队协作能力。
？ Following up the ution of filling operation non-daily processes: unqualify packed handle, inventory stock-taking, disposition of packaging materials, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process, support of the development of operation related documents.
跟踪包装作业以及仓库作业非日常工作的执行情况：不合格包装处理、包装材料管理、标签管理、报废流程、任务撤销流程、支持制定运营相关文件。
？ Coordinationution of work safety tasks. Active contribution to EHS-objectivesadherence to all relevant agreements regarding Quality, Safety, HealthEnvironment.
协调和执行安全生产任务。积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关协议。
？ Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求:
？ Bachelorabove in mechatronic, automation, logistics,chemistry.
本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、物流或化工专业。
？ Minimum 3 years’ work experiences as supervisor in automatic filling system. Also work experience at automatic warehouse is preferred.
具备3年及以上的自动化包装线主管工作经验，如同时具备仓库管理经验，优先考虑。
？ Reliableindependent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost,reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specificationsstandards.
可靠独立：在自动化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，以及技术规范和标准的要求。
？ Problem solving: The employee requires excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidentsunplanned incidents.
问题解决：具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动。
？ Communication: Effectively communication capabilities for the interaction with externalinternal interfaces like forwardersplanners.
沟通交流：具备与内、外部接口（如承运商、计划员）有效沟通的能力。
？ Understanding of end-to-end processes: Awarenessassessment of the impact of own actionbehavior on other process steps. Understanding of the meaning of data quality.
对端到端过程的理解：意识到并评估自己的行动和行为对其他流程的影响；理解数据质量的意义。
？ Productstransportation safety: Knowledge about the chemical products in scope as pre-requisite for safe handling. Based on that profound knowledge with regards to the EHS/TDS regulations in the field of work. (Dangerous goods, labelling, shipping documents, segregation of goods, behavior in case of process safety incidents, load securing etc.)
产品和运输安全：化工产品知识是安全处理的先决条件。在此基础上，对工作领域的EHS/TDS法规有深刻的了解（危险货物，标签，运输文件，货物隔离，安全事故应急行为，装载安全等）。
？ Processes: The employees know all possibly ongoing processes within the warehousefilling building in order to take adequatecomprehensive action in case of an incident, to reportdocumentation of the incident.
工作流程：了解仓库内及包装车间所有可能正在进行的工作流程，以便在发生事故时采取充分和全面的行动，报告并记录事故情况。
？ Gate-to-gate process: Understanding of the gate-to-gate processes in order to assess the impact of the own activities on neighboring interfaces.
门到门流程：理解门到门的工作流程，以评估自己的活动对相关方的影响。
？ Technologies in the field of work: profound technological capabilitiesan understanding for the complexity of the work environment are required. Also better to have automatic backgroundknowledge.
专业技术：具备专业的技术能力和对工作环境复杂性的理解，具备自动化设备使用知识和背景。
？ Digital shop floor management: In order to establish an active performance managementcontinuous improvement process the employee needs to be able to apply digital visualization technologies (e.g., displays, ePapers, augmented reality)needs to be aware of the benefit of according measures.
数字化车间管理：具备应用数字化、可视化技术的能力，并理解相应技术的优势，支持、参与绩效管理和持续改善项目。
？ IT software: Basic knowledgeaffinity for the usage of IT systems.
